We collect personal and academic information during registration or interaction, including name, gender, date of birth, contact details, address, academic details (school, stream, interests), brain mapping, psychometric and career assessment data, device details, IP address, browser, location, cookies, and social login data (Facebook or Google, if used).
Data is stored in secure servers with appropriate technical safeguards.
1.2 Use of Information
Your data may be used for career assessments, counseling, psychometric reports, personalized mentorship and recommendations, platform improvement and research, sending offers and promotions (if opted-in), and legal or regulatory compliance.
We do not sell your data without consent. Data may be shared with mentors, certified counselors, or partners only to complete services.
1.3 Right to Be Forgotten

1.4 Confidentiality
All user data is treated as confidential. You agree not to misuse, disclose, or share confidential information obtained through Brainomatric. Confidentiality obligations survive service termination for one year.
2. Terms and Conditions
2.1 Eligibility
You must be legally capable under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our services. Minors may use services only under parental or guardian supervision.
2.2 Registration Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information, maintain account confidentiality, and be responsible for all activities under their account.
2.3 Services and License
Brainomatric grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal use of its services. No user may copy, sell, or commercially exploit content without prior written consent.
2.4 Fees and Payment
Fees are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed via third-party gateways. Brainomatric is not liable for technical or payment issues caused by such gateways.
2.5 Refund Policy
As services include digital reports and counselor time, Brainomatric follows a strict no-refund policy once services are delivered.
2.6 Intellectual Property
All content including tests, reports, graphics, brand elements, and software is owned by Brainomatric. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
2.7 User Responsibilities
Users agree not to upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content, hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform, spam or use bots or automated tools, or violate privacy or intellectual property rights.
2.8 Termination
Brainomatric may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, misuse, or at its discretion without prior notice.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
3.1 General Disclaimer
Brainomatric provides career assessments and counseling based on user-provided data and psychometric tools. We do not guarantee specific academic, career, admission, or job outcomes. Guidance provided is for bonafide educational purposes only.
3.2 Third-Party Experts
Brainomatric is not responsible for the conduct or statements of independent mentors, counselors, or third-party experts.
3.3 Limitation of Liability
Brainomatric shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to career or academic decisions made by users, delays, interruptions, or technical errors, payment gateway issues, or misuse of data by third parties beyond our control.
Maximum liability of Brainomatric shall not exceed the service fee paid by the user.
4. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any dispute will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Seat of arbitration will be Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
5. Changes to Policy
Brainomatric reserves the right to modify this document anytime. Continued use implies acceptance of the latest version.
Final Protective Clause
By using this website, you agree that Brainomatric, its owners, employees, or affiliates cannot be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses whatsoever arising out of your use of the platform or reliance on its services.
